A drop of non dairy topping makes a nice garnish if serving with a meat meal.
Ingredients4 pints Fresh Strawberries
2 tsp Sugar or Splenda
¼ cup White wine
¼ cup Honey
1/2 cup Orange Juice
1 oz Triple Sec
Taste before adding the sugar or splenda.
Certain times of year the berries are so naturally sweet it needs to be reduced.
PreparationPut everyting in a food processor or blender.
